5. Payment and Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by program. Generally, for workshops and events:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start date: Full refund minus a 10% administration fee.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date: No refund.
For coaching programs and longer courses, please refer to the specific terms provided at registration. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a refund request is not made in good faith.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
